Shipping Policy

All our items are handmade and made to order, we aim to have your order made and posted within a week but at busy times this may be extended up to 14 days.

All purchases are sent using either Royal mail 1st Class Signed for or International tracked & Signed, depending on country.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return & Exchange Policy

I am happy to accept returns as long as they are received within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for Custom or personalised orders.

 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We recommend that when returning an item to us you use tracked postage as we will not be held responsible for lost items.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
