My collar bows come in 3 sizes:
 
Small - 2.5" x 1.5"
Medium - 3.5" x 2"
Large - 4.5" x 3"
 
You can choose either elastic or velcro to attach to your dogs collar.
If you select velcro attachment simply cut the velcro to the correct length to attach around your dogs collar.
